1. Complete and specific company name, address, email address and contact details must be included.
2. The consignee and notify party shall be local companies registered in Sri Lanka.
3. Phrases "on behalf of" and "on account of" shall be avoided for consignee and notify party information.

The following scenarios must be clearly stated in the description column if applicable:

1. FCL shipment, LCL shipment, shipper-owned container, house bill of lading, dangerous goods.

   Kindly Reminder: For dangerous goods, IMDG class and UN number shall be specified.

2. Container seal numbers shall be listed on the bill of lading.
